  EMWD has been a a nightmare since day one. The First Bill i received was incorrect and i was significantly over charged because "I was zoned incorrectly" according to the first person who gave me false information when I attempted to clear things up. Months later and after many failed
  attempts to correct my balance its finally adjusted to what seems a legitimate figure. So I pay it off to finally be done with it only to receive an email later that day claiming that the balance is now overdue and they are charging me 46.23 as a late fee. First off I made the payment online at 10am the day it was due and its saying its late. Secondly, im reading in other reviews that theyre being charged 25 for a late fee... Guess i better call them AGAIN
